Mindfulness is a way of living that addresses a person’s state of mind, state of body and well being, and the effects of those states on your acceptance and functionality of daily living. Betsy offers private and group lessons in mindfulness, classes to introduce the concept and practice of mindfulness. Betsy is also an MBSR facilitator.
